Before we know it, Thanksgiving will have past and we’ll be overwhelmed by heaps of cold mashed potatoes, turkey and stuffing.

Most of us opt to reheat leftovers in the microwave or, at our most creative, build a leftover sandwich. After a day of this, though, the prospect of another plate of reheated turkey sounds really unappetizing.

Alas, there are lots of creative ideas all over the internet for turning those leftovers into delicious new dishes! Here are some of the best ones. And don’t worry about making yet another trip to the store for these recipes; most of these dishes require very little extra ingredients!

Stuffing Waffles! Pull out the waffle iron and combine your leftover stuffing with a couple eggs (to help everything stick together). Cook your waffle until just crispy and top with leftover mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberries. If you’ve never had a savory waffle, this is the perfect one to start with! See the recipe here (courtesy of Food Network).

Thanksgiving in a Blanket! This dish is a little-bit-of-everything treat that’s easy to make. The only extra item you need is a can of crescent rolls. Just spread out the rolls, pile up leftover mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey and cranberries (maybe even a spoon of green bean casserole), and roll it up to bake. Dip them into some reheated gravy and you have a simple yet brilliant new dish. See the recipe here (courtesy of Delish.com).

Turkey & Stuffing Quiche! Grab a frozen pie shell and load it up with leftovers and the most magical of ingredients—cheese—to build a simple yet delectable post-Thanksgiving treat. If you don’t have a pie crust, don’t worry! Crustless quiche is (almost) just as tasty. See the recipe here (courtesy of Food Network).

Turkey & Green Bean Pot Pies! Let the green bean casserole take center stage in this dish by combining it with leftover turkey, milk, stock and a couple puff pastry sheets (Pepperidge Farm brand is perfect). This recipe is super easy, super tasty and oh so filling! See the recipe here (courtesy of Food Network).

Thanksgiving Leftover Balls! These little creations are great to feed a house full of family members and friends the weekend after Thanksgiving. Combine leftover stuffing, turkey and mashed potatoes with a few other pantry items, and cook in oil until slightly crispy on the outside. See the recipe here (courtesy of Real Food by Dad).

Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday!
