It seems holiday decorating can go one of two ways. If they’re spending their weekends looking for a home to buy and not checking off items on their Christmas list you know they’re serious.
4. EMOTIONAL CONNECTION: We all know that a home has to feel right to a buyer. That means when they walk into a home they have to be able to envision themselves sitting in front of the fireplace or looking out the windows to watch their children play in the backyard. The holidays provide an exceptional opportunity to create that emotional connection for a buyer. Whether it’s the perfectly decorated Christmas tree, a special place for the Menorah or a mantle that will make them swoon with the idea of hanging their own Christmas stockings on it, the opportunities are endless.
