Construction has started on the massive master-planned community of SilverLeaf!
The highly anticipated community is located between County Road 210 and State Road 16 in northern St. Johns County. The approximately 8,500 acres will include 10,700 single- and multi-family homes as well as more than 1.7 million square feet of commercial and retail space and more than 3,500 acres of conservation land.
Also, SilverLeaf will have a huge amenity complex that is easily accessible from anywhere in the community via walking, biking or golf cart. Residents will be able to access SilverLeaf’s large Resident’s Club, recreation pool with zero entry, another pool for lap swim and water aerobics, water playground, children’s play park, event lawn and pavilion, facilities for tennis and pickleball, and “bark parks” for large and small dogs.
Also, SilverLeaf will have no CDD fees.
But with all the excitement about SilverLeaf, not much is known about the homes that will be available, even as we inch closer to springtime 2020. Well, look no further!
About SilverLeaf’s Homes
SilverLeaf neighborhoods will be completed in phases. The first phase includes the neighborhoods of SilverLeaf Village, Holly Forest and Meadow Ridge. Several model homes are under way with springtime completion dates in SilverLeaf Village and Holly Forest.
Located in the heart of the community, SilverLeaf Village offers the closest access to SilverLeaf’s amenity complex and will have 350 homes at completion. This community will be built by Ashley Homes, Riverside Homes and MasterCraft Homes. Many homes will enjoy views of water and/or nature preserves.
Ashley Homes allows buyers to choose from 19 floor plans in Silverleaf Village between 1,865 square feet and 3,903 square feet. The available floorplans vary between three and five bedrooms.
Riverside Homes is featuring 13 floorplans from 1,841 to 3,239 square feet between three and five bedrooms.
MasterCraft Homes will also be building in SilverLeaf Village, offering nine floorplans between 1,799 square feet and 3,552 square feet. Layouts range from three up to six bedrooms.
The two other initial communities in SilverLeaf include Holly Forest and Meadow Ridge. Dream Finders Homes will be featured in both communities. Both communities are also slated to have their own smaller amenity centers according to builder plans.
Holly Forest will have 273 homes at completion, including single-family homes and townhomes. Dream Finders Homes will offer 16 floorplans in Holly Forest, starting at 1,622 square feet up to 3,518 square feet. Floorplans include a wide range of bedrooms, from three up to seven!
In Meadow Ridge, Dream Finders will offer 146 single-family homes, although 89 are planned in phase one. A selection of 12 floorplans are available between 1,622 and 2,500 square feet, and three or four bedrooms. Many homes will back up to either nature preserves or water.
